EPCOT is obviously known for its cultural experiences and cuisine, which there is no shortage of. EPCOT offers a pretty impressive selection of breakfast options to kickstart those early Disney mornings. From scrambled eggs to French croissants, there is something to satisfy everyone in your party!

Come along as I go through my ultimate guide for breakfast at EPCOT! I will go over some of the best breakfast options at EPCOT and highlight the must-try dishes and dining experiences that will surely provide you with the fuel needed for the day ahead!

Sunshine Seasons, The Land EPCOT

5. Sunshine Seasons

Located in the Land Pavilion, Sunshine Seasons offers a few options when it comes to breakfast, however that does not mean it is not worth the visit! Not only is the food good, but it is in a convenient location. If you are looking to hit the attraction Soarin’ (The Best Rides at EPCOT) early then Sunshine Seasons is in the same building!

The main and only breakfast sandwich that is offered is, well, the Breakfast Sandwich, which contains ham, egg, and cheddar on a Kaiser roll. It sounds pretty basic but it is plentiful in the flavor department! If that is not your style then maybe a choice of cinnamon roll, croissant (plain or chocolate), or a muffin would be of better interest.

Are you looking for a more healthy option? Sunshine Seasons also offers Assorted Fruit Cups and parfaits!

Overall, breakfast at Sunshine Seasons is a good spot to start your day of adventure at EPCOT. If you are looking for something quick, traditional, and to the point, this is the place that I would recommend you aim for.

Garden Grill at the land, EPCOT

4. Garden Grill Restaurant

Garden Grill Restaurant (Land Pavilion) is a dining experience that you will not find in many other places. Not only does Garden Grill pride itself on farm-to-table food, but also on its unique rotating design. Guests are able to rotate about and enjoy various views from Living with the Land attraction. Pretty cool, right?

Garden Grill Restaurant is a family-style dining experience. For those of you that do not know what that means, guests pay a flat fee per guest and are served with a feast of food. You can find a lot of places like this throughout Disney, and one of my favorites is Ohana!

The Chip ‘n’ Dale Harvest Feast provides an array of tasty options. Guests tables are filled with breakfast pastry, fresh fruit, Mickey-shaped waffles, bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and grilled steak! If that does not sound like a good breakfast, I don’t know what does!

If guests or their companions desire a more plant-based feast, that is an option too. It is essentially the same thing as I mentioned above, minus the steak and a couple substitutions. The substituted eggs and sausage are made without animal meat, dairy, eggs, and honey.

Oh, one other thing, Chip ‘n’ Dale tend to make their appearance accompanied by other Disney pals while guests are diving into their meals. This makes for an especially fun time!

So if you are looking for a breakfast spot that is entirely family-friendly that will also provide farm-fresh cuisine, this is the spot for you! From its unique design to character interactions Garden Grill Restaurant is sure to delight! Make sure to bring your overalls and maybe a straw hat.

3. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Looking for a breakfast fit for royalty? The Norway pavilion provides a gem in, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. Steeped in Norwegian charm, this fine dining destination offers guests the opportunity to experience breakfast like true Nordic kings and queens.

Just like I mentioned above, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is another family-style dining experience. Guests are provided with Princess Storybook Dining which consists of breakfast pastries, cheeses, mixed fruit, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potato casserole, and Norwegian waffles.

If you or your companions are seeking a more plant-based dining experience then that is provided as well. Guests will be served with plant-based waffles, egg scramble, sausage, and applecake. This option also comes with mixed fruit, home fry potatoes, and Nordic berry compote.

One of the most enjoyed features of dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is the opportunity to meet and interact with Disney Princesses. Throughout the meal, guests are visited by a rotating cast of characters including, Aurora, Belle, Ariel, Snow White, and more!

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is a truly royal affair that captures the magic of Disney and the charm of Norway. So if you and your companions are looking to experience a Norwegian breakfast with Disney Princesses, then you have to make time to dine here!

2. Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe

Continuing with the taste of Scandinavian fare, head over to Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. Guests can enjoy a smaller breakfast consisting of pastries and savory treats while taking in the landscapes of Scandinavia. However, this particular option is not a table service.

Don’t know where to start? Kick off your day with a classic Lefse—a soft, thin potato flatbread topped with cinnamon, sugar, and butter. For those looking for a small breakfast tailored to lovers of anything sweet, School Bread—a sweet roll filled with vanilla custard and topped with coconut—is a must-try! Or maybe you are looking for something for more traditional then go for the Mickey Cinnamon Roll, which is not something you should pass on!

Thirsty? Wash down all of the delicious pastries and treats with some Viking coffee! Kristoff Kaffe is a frozen coffee with coffee-chocolate sauce. If you love chocolate then you will feel right at home!

Whether guests make a visit to Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe for breakfast or a mid-day snack, it is a must-do! Do not miss out on the journey through the flavors of Scandinavia, they will leave you craving more!

1. Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie

Start your morning off with a taste of Paris at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie! This establishment is known for its pastries, freshly baked bread, and authentic French experience. Why is Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie the best breakfast at EPCOT? The service, ambiance, and of course the flavors!

This is another quick service style breakfast option. Feel free to grab your breakfast on the go while you explore the beauty of the World Showcase! Or if you are staying at one of the four resorts that offer the Disney Skyliner then you and your companions can get dropped off at the International Gateway in EPCOT, which is right next to the France Pavilion! Two of the four resorts I mention here: The Best Disney World Hotels for Families on a Budget!

Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie showcases some of the best French cuisine, in my opinion. From classic croissants and quiches to indulgent pastries there is definitely something for everyone here. Nothing beats starting off your day with a flaky, buttery croissant in the Croissant Salé, which is an egg, cheese, and bacon croissant. There are a few different croissant options and every single one of them will melt in your mouth with every bite! Looking for something more sweet? Pain au Chocolat features layers of rich chocolate within delicate pastry.

A perfect pair for any breakfast choice on the streets of Paris is a freshly brewed café au lait. It really just starts your day off on the right foot. Coffee lovers will not be disappointed!

Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie reflects the culinary traditions of France with its authentic menu. Making a stop here for breakfast on your way through the World Showcase is not a bad decision. It is probably one of the best decisions of the day that you could make! So treat yourself to a taste of the Parisian delight!

Conclusion

In the end, breakfast options in EPCOT are plentiful. From the charming streets of Paris to the majestic fjords of Norway guests will be sure to find that classic croissant, or hearty breakfast that they are craving. So next time you find yourself at EPCOT, be sure to rise and shine with a breakfast full of culture and delight!
